If you order before midday on the same day, your order will generally be fulfilled. Otherwise fulfilment is next business day.

Your delivery time depends on our courier Australia Post and can take up to 5 business days to arrive.

If your order hasn't arrived yet (over 1 Business Day late for Domestic Orders) you may submit a missing/lost item form with our courier (Australia Post)

Shipping

We ship all over Australia and worldwide, however international shipping prices (outside Australia) may be very expensive.

The $60 Free Shipping doesn't apply to international orders (outside Australia)

You can get standard delivery for $8.95 (flat rate) which takes 3-5 Business Days (not including fulfilment).

There is also Express Delivery for $12 (flat rate) which takes 1-2 Business Days (not including fulfilment).

Any order shipping to an Australian address over $60 in value will have Free Shipping.

Rewards

To start earning points you can click the 'Rewards' button at the top of the navigation bar and sign up!

10% of every purchase will go back to your account in the form of points. You can also earn points by Signing up, Leaving a Review and sharin/liking us on Facebook!

1. You must be signed in to be able to redeeem a 'Rewards' discount.

2. Navigate to the 'Rewards' menu by clicking the Rewards button on the navigation bar. The menu should pop-up on the bottom right of your screen (whole screen for mobile).

3. Then click on the 'Your Rewards' section in the menu and select the corresponding discount you wish to claim.

4. Either copy the discount code listed or click on 'Apply Code' and your code will automatically apply to your next order.

5. If you chose to copy the code paste it into the coupon code section at checkout.

Make sure you are signed into your account for your points to show up.

Make sure you are first signed into your account BEFORE you make your purchase to receive points for your account.

If you were signed in and still didn't receive any points, please email us at info@1cosmeticavenue.com.au describing your problem in as much detail as possible.

The maximum possible discount that you are elligible for will be automatically applied to your account.

There are no manual discount codes except for the ones generated by the 'Rewards' tab. To learn how to redeem these, go to the Rewards FAQ section.
