DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY

  • Please choose your item carefully as we do not refund or exchange. Please understand, due to reasons of hygiene. Exceptions to the rule is if there has been a mistake on our company's part eg. wrong item despatched, wrong colour or the product did not perform it's intended purpose. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your product.

 

  • In order to obtain a refund in the same form of payment as your purchase was made, all purchases must be returned with a receipt or gift receipt at a store location. We do not accept mail returns for merchandise originally purchased at a retail location.

 

  • If you do not have your receipt, your transaction may be able to be verified if you present your credit or debit card used. A valid photo ID that will be photocopied at the time of the return. Information will not be used for marketing purposes.

 

  • Otherwise, for approved returns without a receipt or where we cannot otherwise verify your purchase, we offer store credit in the form of a No.1 Cosmetic Avenue merchandise credit.

 

  • If you are not completely satisfied with a No. 1 Cosmetic Avenue purchase or gift for any reason, please read our Exchange Policies. Products must be returned within 7 days.
